After Village PM, it’s Haven’s turn to drop their latest collaboration with Hoka, this time on what is originally one of the brand’s classic models, the Stinson Evo. I actually have a reissue of the OG pair from back in the day.
An important detail : this one’s Gore-Tex, which means you can really go anywhere without worrying about getting your feet wet. We even tested it to see how well it holds up, and indeed, dry feet guaranteed !
I was already convinced just from the photos, but when I opened the box, I was genuinely won over by the colorway, it makes all the difference. To be honest, the Stinson has never been my favorite Hoka model, but I think Haven managed to make it stand out with their unique approach, especially compared to the recent Stinson Evo releases.

Personally, I tried them on with green pants, and the color combo immediately clicked for me. The sole is super thick, like many Hokas, and they’re really comfortable, even though I feel slightly less comfy in this pair compared to my other Stinson that isn’t Gore-Tex. Maybe I just need to break them in a bit more or perhaps the stiffness of the GTX material explains it.
Between the latest collab with Asics on the Gel-Nimbus 10.1 and this new one with Hoka, Haven is on a really good run !
And for those who care about the details, especially the box, I have to say I prefer the special Hoka collab boxes, they’re way nicer than the standard ones.
If you’ve got the pair too, don’t hesitate to share your thoughts !
